We are currently seeking a driven and outgoing Wireless Services Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T, working in field environments to promote wireless products and services directly to customers. From personalized consultations to closing wireless service plans, you’ll play a key role in AT&T’s expansion while building valuable skills in sales, account management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T and promote wireless plans, phones, and services through in-person sales efforts
- Execute field-based campaigns in designated territories, events, or retail settings
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of AT&T’s wireless solutions and help them identify the right fit for their needs
- Assist with customer enrollments, plan selections, and account set-ups
- Track outreach activities and report campaign performance and customer feedback to leadership
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T’s promotions, devices, and service offerings
